What will you do?

Reporting to the Business Centre Manager in our Gunnedah Business Centre, the Administration Manager fulfils a busy and varied role supporting a small team. Daily tasks include but are not limited to;

  • Managing the day to day operations of the Business Centre and all associated office matters
  • All administration duties such as scanning, filing, faxing and organisation of travel and pre-employment medicals
  • Managing all paperwork and compliance requirements for candidates registering with WorkPac
  • Management of all OHS and quality processes
  • Any purchasing, allocation and storage of items required by the Business Centre
  • Reception duties and answering phones

  • Previous office management experience, preferably in a blue collar organisation
  • Ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Mature, thorough and professional approach to all work tasks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • An energetic and enthusiastic team motivator and multi tasker, able to lead by example
