Due to continued strong growth in our business, we are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and take a leading role in the business operations.

This is a pivotal role ensuring optimum workflow planning of our Field Technicians. You will be responsible for Client Management, maintaining workflow, scheduling jobs and customer service.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and facilitate electrical tasks to be conducted by our team for our Clients
  • Manage projects from quote to completion for our electrical team
  • Maintain & Build relationships with Residential Builders and their clients
  • Entering, maintaining and managing tasks in our job management program from start to finish.
  • Maintaining the flow of works to the highest of standards.
  • Assist with compiling quotes derived from operational tasks. Issuing of quotes thereafter.
  • Purchasing Materials for tasks. Following up orders placed.
  • Scheduling works with exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Providing assistance to accounts/financial controller.
  • Organizing and coordinating sub-contractors.
  • General Administration functions
  • Be a key member in the growth and development of a growing player in the industry
     

What you need to have

  • The successful candidate will be a self starter, with a positive can do attitude
  • Experience with scheduling a team of employees to multiple jobs daily is preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship building & management skills both of internal & external clients
  • Confident communicator and able to effectively liaise with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to identify and solve problems in a professional timely manner
  • Time management skills are essential
  • The ability to multi task as if its second nature
  • The ability and desire to consistently deliver a very high standard of client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications - Excel, Word, Outlook
