About us
Ainsworth Game Technology Limited, a global technology company that designs, develops, manufactures and distributes quality electronic gaming products for both the Australian and International markets, is seeking to appoint a Sales Administrator reporting to the Sales Administration Manager at our Corporate Head Office in Newington.
About the role
Attention to detail is required for to complete Sales Orders and Quotes Export Documentation, as customer will be the recipient of configured product, invoices & export documentation based on the Administrators entries. The work at times will be repetitive in nature in regards to the Sales Order processes undertaken, whilst requirements will vary between Jurisdictions.
The role includes a despatch function, therefore documentation will be required for both local & international deliveries. International deliveries require liaison with freight agents/couriers in respect to the shipping requirements. Attention to detail is required to ensure all customer details, products and commercial values are listed according to contract & customs requirements.
Skills and Requirements
- Attention to detail;
- Previous administration or customer service experience; and
- Intermediate to advanced level of competence with Microsoft Office applications.
