We require a motivated self-starter who has excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our team at Qbt Consulting. We are an IT Services business looking after a range of clients across Sydney and interstate. The role is a permanent part-time position requiring approximately 24 hours per week. We can be flexible with how the hours are worked, for example five 5 hrs days, or three 8 hour days.
The primary duties of the position are:
- Dealing with general reception & clerical duties
- Purchasing equipment on behalf of Qbt’s clients
- Arranging renewal of software licenses on behalf of Qbt’s clients
- Invoicing clients
- Dealing with mail, banking and couriers
- Dealing with the purchase of office supplies and equipment for staff
The right applicant will have:
- high level attention to detail
- intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office
- the ability to work in a team environment or alone as required
- good organisation skills to be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
