We are looking for an experience Executive Officer to support a dynamic and inspiring Executive Director Of Operations for a well-established hospital based in Footscray.

This role is a real mix of Executive Assistant and Executive Officer support. You will need to be able to cope with a high-pressured environment, work independently, create and write complex correspondence, diary management, travel arrangements and well as provide impeccable stakeholder management.

The Executive Director Of Operations is an inspiring and forward thinking person, who understands the importance of putting patients first. The right candidate will be an extension of the Executive Director Of Operations.

The Company:

Main Duties:

  • Be the main gate keeper for Executive Director's office, whilst maintaining a friendly and professional image
  • Daily one on one support of all secretariat duties
  • Complex and ever-changing diary management and travel arrangements
  • Comprehensive board reports and presentations
  • Support the Executive Director with public relations and liaising with media representatives

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highest level of confidentiality and able to work with the up most discretion
  • Calm and update to work under pressure
  • Proficient in all MS Office Packages
