Our client is a well-established company based in Brisbane who customises house and land packages to their client's needs and budget.
Due to growth in their business, our client is looking for a experienced office all rounder

Task and responsibilities of this role with include:

  • Appointment setting and outbound calls
  • Strong client relationship and people management skills, with the proven ability to develop trust and credibility
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office, Google Suite and Facebook
  • Work closely with business development and management team to deliver sales targets and revenue
  • Ensuring that all activity levels required to deliver performance indicators are met
  • Follow up with client issues as they arise

To be considered for this position you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in building relationships with potential clients via cold calls in the B2C space,
  • Confident phone manner,
  • A sound understanding of current trends and consumer requirements,
  • A systematic approach to sales processes and business development,
  • Excellent interpersonal/ telephone skills and intuition,
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure,
  • Persistent approach to time management.
  • Knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding suburbs
