the responsibility

In a varied and hands on role, your duties in this position will include but are not limited to:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO including diary and travel management
  • Assess the day to day operations and running of the office
  • Setting up and implementing new policies, procedures and systems
  • Organising couriers, stationery and other supplies for the office
  • Providing remote support for the other offices located around Australia
  • Assist with other business related projects and provide support as required
the expertise

In order to be considered for this role and ultimately successful in obtaining it, you will require:
  • Previous experience within an administrative based role
  • Exceptional communication skills that will allow you to liaise with all levels of stakeholders
  • An extremely high attention to detail
  • Possess a passion for the work being accomplished
  • Not afraid to be hands on and take on new and exciting projects
  • Ability to wear multiple hats – this is a role where no two days are the same!
