A Traineeship is a full time job that is combined with a nationally recognised qualification. You work full time, get paid for every hour you work, whilst receiving on the job training and working through a Certificate III in Business.
The Civil Contractors Federation SA (CCF SA) is the peak industry body representing the interests of civil contractors in South Australia. Based at the state-of-the art Civil Simulation Centre in Thebarton, Civil Train SA/TRAIN SA (the training division of CCF SA) requires a bubbly, motivated and friendly person for a growing business.
The successful candidate will be a reliable self-starter who is an effective team member, has initiative, outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Being the first point of contact for the business, meeting and greeting roughly the multiple clients a day coming through the reception area.
- Answering incoming calls and directing as necessary
- Customer service
- Data entry & typing
- Filing
- Collecting and distributing the mail, and arranging couriers
- Use of Microsoft Office
To be successful, the candidate must demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Strong computer skills, experience using MAC would be a plus.
- Prior experience is a customer facing role.
- Must have outstanding communication skills.
- Strong work ethic
- Must be well organised and able to prioritise
- Keen to learn and follow instructions
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
