If so,we have just the role for you. Our Melbourne CBD client is seeking a very organised Front Desk Receptionist /Office Administrator.
As the first point of contact for all visitors and clients you will possess a polished presentation and exemplary command of English.
This is a perfect role for those that are strong Corporate Administrators who like to be kept busy and who can work autonomously and within a team.
You will need to be extremely organised, pro active with a genuine and eager hunger to succeed.
We are looking for candidates with the following:-
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar Corporate role.
• Outgoing and confident personality demonstrating initiative, energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
• Courteous and pleasant disposition wit strong communication skills.
• Well-groomed and professional presentation.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A positive, mature attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to use initiative and be proactive in all aspects of the role.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook and Word.
• Proven reception experience within professional services and customer service driven environments.
• Ability to work autonomously, as well a collaboratively.
• High accuracy level and attention to detail.
