• Executive Assistant to Snr. Executive team & Country Manager
• $28 per hour, Sydney CBD based
• 15th of July - 31st of August contract

We have an exciting opportunity for an EA who is looking for a short-term, full-time contract to begin on the 15th of July - 31st of August.

You will act as the primary one-on-one support for the Country Manager and a Senior Sales Director of this high-profile company & super-friendly team based in Sydney's CBD.

Your duties will cover:  

• Maintain and manage the Sr. Executive's calendar and files
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and special speaking engagements
• Frequently process highly confidential and sensitive company data
• Initiate projects assigned by the Senior Executive or develop new projects to streamline existing procedures working with cross-functional teams when required
• Continuously follow up on items delegated to team members to effectively keep teams aligned and focused
• Participate in meetings and may be asked to take minutes and record action actions for distribution to meeting participants

• Strong knowledge of software operating applications & systems
