About the company:
A Global company within the Professional Services Sector specializing in Digital Technology, with offices in more than 20 countries worldwide. Looking for a Junior Assistant to join the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will report to the EA and Office Manager
- Ensure the smooth running of the office
- Provide administration report to the sales team
- Book meeting rooms and co-ordinate events
- Process expenses and reconciliations
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Processing invoices
- Order stationary and supplies
- Other Ad hoc duties
- General Housekeeping
Requirements:
- 1 years’ experience in a similar position
- Great communication skills
- Confident
- Professional Manner
- Strong organization skills
- Can do attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Pro active
- Great computer skills
- Must be a resident/citizen or have full working rights
