About the Role:
Will be required to:
- Greet, welcome and assist clients
- Show clients how to interact with Ailira and obtain successful outcomes
- Meet potential clients and give information about the Ailira service
- Open and close the office
- Report to interstate management
- Manage a small client service team
- Oversee the day to day running of the office
- Other tasks as instructed by management from time to time
About you:
The successful applicant will:
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Have a passion for working with and helping people
- Have proficiency in using a wide range of technology and software (such as Microsoft Office suite, social media and other business or enterprise grade software)
- Have experience working in an office environment. Experience in a customer service, retail or hospitality fields are certainly helpful, but not essential.
