An exciting opportunity exists for a junior Personal Assistant & Office Manager to join our Kelly Services team in Sydney CBD. The Personal Assistant and Office Manager will work in a fast-paced, ever changing but supportive environment. You will provide assistance to 3 Directors as well as providing administrative support to Recruitment Consultants and reception cover by,

  • Diary Management
  • Travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transfers
  • Preparing and formatting reports, documents and presentations
  • Arrange and coordinate internal & external meetings
  • Event Management
  • Facility Coordination
  • Daily relief reception cover

Requirements:

  • Outstanding administrative and customer service skills
  • Be a true team player with professional interpersonal skills
  • Possess a can-do attitude and have an excellent attitude to your work
  • Prior administrative and Office 365 experience
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to juggle conflicting priorities
