Domo Collections is Australia's exclusive stockist of Europe's most prestigious and sought-after furniture brands is now looking for an Experienced Database Coordinator/Administrator. This is an opportunity for a switched on, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to be responsible for a combination Analytical & administrative tasks. This is a stand alone role whereby you are experienced with Advanced Excel and have knowledge of CRM - Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating all Price lists and stock list items from suppliers, (there is approximately 30,000 sku's)
  • Responsible for the development, compiling and distribution of mailing campaigns both by email and postcards by importing, exporting and updating data 
  • Creation and Production of reports, providing data analysis through Excel/ABM/Product Creator
  • Assist in training and development of end users in the usage and understanding of system processes and tools with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Maintain and create product and supplier information within ABM ensuring we have the correct information entered for all fields.
  • Creation of business related documentation (price lists, product information - Need to know Adobe Acrobat pro
  • Uploading product images onto our system ABM

To be successful you must have:

  • Advanced Excel
  • Microsoft Dynamics - CRM
  • Knowledge of working with Accounting Systems - ERP 
  • IT Savvy
  • High level of analytical & administrative skills
  • Very strong skills in Microsoft Office 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (particularly Photoshop & Acrobat Pro)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • High Attention to detail and accuracy
