A leading Australian Brand is currently seeking a Payroll and Compliance Analyst on a short term contractual basis to be responsible running their payroll analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve payroll process exceptions and compliance issues
- Provide analysis and reporting on scheduled reports and on an ad-hoc basis to identify opportunity areas
- Manage processes relating to payroll policies & administrative tasks, in-line with operating standards and to improve business performance
- Reconciling invoices and payroll data
- Implement payroll policies to ensure compliance to the laid standards and principles.
Key Skills
- At least two years of payroll and data analysis experience
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP HR and Kronos experience
- Strong understanding of workers compensation processes
This is a short-term contract for a duration of 12 weeks and will require the successful candidate to work for 3 days a week. Candidates available to commence employment on immediate basis will be given preference.
