Due to increasing work load you will be joining a high performing and successful team at their Smithfield office. This is a great opportunity for an eager and motivated individual to join a successful worldwide company.
Your new role will be to provide a seamless and exceptional customer service experience to new and existing customers to satisfy and strive for excellent customer service. This is a varied and exciting role which will involve networking and communicating to both internal and external stakeholders.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders received via phone and email.
- Confirm delivery schedule meets customer needs
- Provide a outstanding level of customer service
- Accurately action orders and request’s in a efficiently and timely manner
- Maintain stock levels
- Other general ad hoc duties
What you’ll need to succeed
- You will have a customer-centric and service-oriented mind-set
- Similar customer service experience with a stable working history
- You will have strong organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to adapt behavior increases your ability to communicate and build relationships with other people.
- You will adhere to WH&S practices and our company values
- Highly-skilled in typing, writing, grammar and oral communication
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office , Power Point, Excel and Windows
