Office Administrator GOLF IMPORTS Office Administrator Golf Imports is currently seeking a highly motivated, professional office administrator to join our team. The person we are seeking will have the following attributes: Well presented and punctual Work well within a team environment Positive and proactive attitude Professional telephone manner Highly organised with a methodical approach Technical experience and knowledge required: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role Highly proficient in MYOB Enterprise and Microsoft office High level of customer service and communication skills Specific job responsibilities include All aspects of office administration including but not limited to; Accounts Payable and receivable Banking Account reconciliation Payroll and superannuation End of month procedures Preparation of PAYG and BAS statements Preparation of financial/taxation schedules And other duties as required The hours for this position will be 8:30am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
