About the Opportunity
Enspira Financial now have an opportunity for a professional Client Services Administrator to join their team in Hornsby, Sydney on a full-time basis.
The principle aim of this role is to provide technical administrative support to both the internal team and Enspira Financial clients.
More specifically, some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Assisting with workflow planning, management, communication and execution;
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients on administrative matters;
- Actioning client requests for meetings and liaising with clients via phone and email as required;
- Engaging with key authorities/regulatory bodies on behalf of clients, such as the ATO;
- Tending to correspondence, sorting documents and completing billing;
- Tracking lodgement of statutory returns such as income tax returns, BAS and IAS / ASIC annual returns; and
- Various office management responsibilities.
