Our client is a successful Australian owned business currently in growth mode. They are the market leader in the design and manufacture of GPRS and IP communication products. Their positive work environment promotes a dedicated team culture, working together towards the same goals. Located in Rydalmere, there is easy access to trains, buses and ferries.
Your role will focus on:
- Answering the phone and directing incoming calls
- Greeting customers on arrival and attending to their sales requirements
- Follow up overdue accounts via telephone and email
- Processing sales orders
- Entering invoices into the system
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- All round office administrative tasks
To be successful in this job, you will have a great phone manner and fantastic customer service skills, along with strong organizational skills. Previous experience in an all-round reception/admin role is essential as well as some exposure to invoicing and following up debtors. The ability to work happily as part of a small team is important. Experience using MYOB online (or similar) would be well regarded.
