We have a new opportunity for a full-time Team Leader to join our Client Services Team on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2019.  Reporting to the HR Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring quality, accurate and timely services are provided by the Client Services team to our internal and external clients.  This will be a hands on role and the Team Leader will be required to assist the team to maintain a responsive level of service to our clients.

The Client Services Team is the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The team responsibilities include answering incoming calls, arriving/discharging clients scheduling appointments, referral administration and billing, data entry and other general client service and administrative duties as required.

The Client Services Team Leader role is a dynamic, demanding yet rewarding role and will require the successful applicant to have the ability to manage multiple demands, gain and maintain a thorough understanding about the services we deliver, all in a constantly changing environment.  A strong commitment to excellent service delivery and continuous improvement is essential.
