Description
My Client is seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join their growing organisation. Your daily duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones in a professional manner, emails and customer queries.
- Manage travel and accommodation for management staff.
- Assisting & supporting the management team with administration functions.
- Providing varied administration support such as maintaining staff records, electronic and hard-copy filing system, documentation.
- Ensuring the office, kitchen and meeting rooms are tidy.
Profile
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience working in a similar role
