Maia Financial are seeking an additional Asset Performance team member in Sydney CBD. You will become an integral team member providing efficient administrative support. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:

  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Performance team ensuring timely response to requests that aid the end of term (EOT) extension, return or purchase of Maia Financial assets and termination of contracts;
  • Coordinate the return process delivering high client and the Asset Management team satisfaction;
  • Produce client analysis and contract termination reports as required in support of the Asset Management team and regular review of your assigned client portfolio;
  • Contribute to the RV Review Forum for assigned clients for contracts where nominal RV is greater than 50K;
  • Identify new business opportunities through discussion and observation of activity, and refer to the appropriate business unit;
  • Reconcile returned assets and invoice and reconcile client purchases, so that they are sold promptly so that secondary income is maximised;
  • Proactively manage the end of term process to maximise the return on assets.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • Graduated with a diploma or tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or business qualification;
  • Experience in administration and/or compliance documentation ideally gained within the financial services sector;
  • An understanding of and experience producing asset leasing documentation (desirable);
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems (desirable);
  • Experience using MIP (sage software) (desirable);
  • An excel whizz;
  • Committed to client service and personal development;
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing;
  • Able to develop interpersonal relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Attentive to detail;
  • Dependable, proactive and organised;
  • Navigate through tasks and multiple transaction with ease, accuracy and to deadlines.
