About the role

Based in our CBD Melbourne office on Collins Street, the Programme Coordinator is responsible for supporting high quality programme delivery, timely coordination, and administration of organisational development products and services through the provision of administrative support to the Corporate Team.

These products include open skills training courses, in-company skills training, qualifications programmes, e-learning, corporate award programmes, and procurement excellence programmes, delivered to CIPS corporate clients. Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our programmes to clients across the Asia Pacific region.

Skills and experience

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work outside of office hours where required, e.g for global calls with head office in the UK
  • Sound educational background & ability to contribute ideas and demonstrate initiative 
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude
  • Strongly committed to quality and accuracy
  • Demonstrable experience of customer focused administration and working in a customer facing/customer delivery environment
  • Demonstrable commitment to delivering customer excellence
