- DW Tiles is looking for a proven and experienced Customer Service Professional to join the team.
THE COMPANY
DW Tiles is an Australian leading ceramic tile importer and wholesaler, located in Chester Hill NSW.
The business has been steadily growing for over 20 years. It is well known in the industry for its large scale of business, great team service and quality products from Europe and Asia.
THE ROLE
Main responsibilities of this role includes but not limited to:
- Servicing customers over the phone or in person for sales / stock enquiries;
- Processing Sales Orders via operating system;
- Coordinating with sales team and warehouse team.
- Organising pick-ups & deliveries with courier companies;
- Basic customer account handling;
To be successful in this role you will need to display:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone manner;
- Great customer focus and independent problem solving skills;
- Advanced multi-tasking and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to work under pressure yet still meet time frames;
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications would be an advantage;
- Experience in similar role in the industry would be a distinct advantage.
