The Opportunity
We are seeking a an experience Business Support professional to join our Asset Management team. This role will be responsible for providing support to the wider Australian team within a Business Management capacity.

You are an enthusiastic and skillful person who is able to multitask and priotise tasks effectively. This role will utilise your skills to build excellent relationsip within the teams as well as other support functions throughout the business. You will be overseeing various local and regional projects that relate to regulatory, controls focused, operational efficiency and business developent items.

Key accountabilities:
  • Working with business stakeholders to help drive execution and completion of projects
  • Support new product development initiatives and ongoing fund documentation maintenance
  • Assist in the coordination of legal documentation
  • Coordinate onoarding of new sales distrubotors and investment partners
  • Implmentation business resilience progra
  • Administer and maintance of corporate government
Key criteria:
  • Proven business support skills within Financial Services industry
  • Ideally experience within Asset Management
  • or, a basic understanding of the asset management industry
  • Sound knowledge of computer usage
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management
