An excellent opportunity has arisen with a retail & commercial realestate group who currently have one of the largest portfolios luxury centres in Australia.
Spring Professional are assisting in the recruitment of an Administration Coordinator who will be based in the corporate office of this luxury CBD shopping centre.
This is a diverse and challenging role where your responsibilities/skills required are:
- Light lease administration
- Maintaining centre database
- Coordinating budgets and forecasting
- Accounting support - Accounts recievable
- Managing tenant insurances and bank guarantees
- Supervising reception
- Contractor and tenant enquiries
- Centre projects - relevant to the role
Systems experience - JD Edwards preferable.
