About the role
An experienced EA/PA, you will be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in this dynamic and ever-evolving environment, and will work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure legal and insurance documentation is prepared and delivered to a high standard within firm deadlines.
- Facilitate staff inductions and ensure annual training and continuous improvement programs are adhered to.
- Maintain management reporting and company forecasting across various mediums.
- Coordinate and attend meetings across all brands, prepare agendas and visual presentations and produce minutes.
- Maintain staff equipment and company fleet requirements.
- Liaise effectively with a variety of senior staff members, suppliers and trades.
- Coordinate calendars and external commitments.
- Manage incoming calls and act as a gatekeeper.
Proactively advocate for group staff members to adhere to corporate policy, procedures and strategy

Skills and experience
To be considered for this role you will possess the following professional and personal qualities:
- 3 years + EA/PA experience providing administrative support to senior management level in a corporate environment.
- Positive attitude and confidence in your ability.
- Sound problem solving skills, with the ability to use initiative and make sound judgements as required.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure, in order to achieve deadlines.
- Ability to apply close attention to detail and complete work to a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- Ability to apply the appropriate level of confidentiality, integrity and diplomacy to the role.
Experience working within the residential construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential. You will work alongside the current PA for a couple of weeks to learn the role.
