We are a large automotive group making our mark on the industry and an exciting opportunity has recently become available for a full-time Business Development Consultant to join the Head Office Business Development team in Mooloolaba.

Reporting to the Group Business Development Manager this is a great opportunity if you're looking to build on a marketing or business focused tertiary qualification or background with a growing national organisation.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and a creative flair
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A high level of computer literacy across multiple applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Tech-savvy - able to quickly adapt to new technology / applications
  • Strong time management
  • Experience in a support role will be looked at favourably
  • Ability to independently manage your workload & work unsupervised
  • Ability to work across multiple levels of business hierarchy
  • Fantastic personal presentation
  • Drive to complete tasks & adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to travel to interstate Dealerships as required
  • And, most importantly, a passion to contribute to the success of the department and the company
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Supporting the Group Business Development Manager in day-to-day tasks
  • Special projects support
  • Creation & distribution of documented processes for various CRM applications
  • Assisting in the set-up of e-learning modules for CRM
  • Creating CRM induction documentation including job specifications
  • On-going support & on-site training in CRM applications
  • Assisting in daily, weekly & monthly reporting on all areas of Business Development
  • Liaising with Dealership management teams
  • Administrative support to Business Development Manager
