Our client is a global leader in the construction industry with a strong reputation for delivering iconic and award winning projects. They are now seeking a Commercial Administrator / Junior Contracts Administrator to join their team.

You will be responsible for providing support to the Contracts Manager and Project Team, processing invoices, variations etc. Strong attention to detail is required and experience with Coins Software will be useful.

Initially a 1 to 2 month contract however, could go longer for the right candidate.

Reporting to: Contracts Manager

Sample responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Processing invoices and variations
• Providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager and the project team
• Data entry
• Filing and archiving
• Miscellaneous office based duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience with Coins Software or similar would be beneficial
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised with a customer service focus
• Good MS Office Suite skillset will be well regarded
