The Company
A specialist within the medical industry this company provides innovative products to their customers world-wide. Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their office in Parramatta.
The Position
- Processing orders received via email and fax onto SAP
- Check pricing, product details and customer account information
- Pack orders and arrange courier for delivery
- Manage receipt of products and supplies
- Update received stock onto SAP
- Create new customer accounts
- General administration tasks
The Candidate
- Extensive experience within an Administration role managing the above mentioned duties
- Proficient in using the SAP system
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- Ability to work autonomously
- Highest level of professionalism
