About the Company
We are now recruiting for a Portfolio Administrator to join our clients growing team in the Brisbane CBD fringe (Fortitude Valley) on a 12 month contract starting 15.07.18.
About the Role
The Portfolio Administrator integral part of the team to provide administrative support to internal and external customers to ensure accurate data entry and document management. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Data Entry and Document Control
- Administrative Project support, including printing, preparing and distributing documentation
- Card reconciliations and monthly reporting
- Building effective professional relationships and organise and support meetings, including minute taking
- Administrative support to compliance team with all relevant legislations
- Ability to work 40 hours a week - 10 day fortnight 8:30 -17:00 (30 minute Break)
About You
As the successful candidate you can demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- High level of attention to detail and understanding of policies and procedures
- Confident skills across the MS Office Suite
- Card Reconciliation knowledge
