About the role
As an APS3 level HR Recruitment Administrator/Assistant, you will be tracking and reporting on information required in the departments onboarding process. As a key player in the team, you will provide regular statistic reports and handle time-critical tasks.
You will need the ability to manage confidential information and keep track of the process with a high attention to detail to ensure nothing is missed in the timeframes. This role has been created due to increasing growth in the organization.
Key requirements
• Must have experience in a similar role and an excellent typing speed.
• Experience working in a government agency or department is advantageous.
• Ability to manage conflicting schedules and coordinate effectively.
• Excellent time management, planning and efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be an Australian citizen to meet security requirements.
