We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist / administration assistant to join our team to assist in the day-to-day running of our office operations.

In the role as front desk receptionist you will be client facing so you will need to be polished and well presented. Your duties will include: answering a high volume of phone calls, managing the incoming and outgoing mail, arranging appointments, preparing meeting rooms and assisting with ad hoc duties when required.

This position also includes registration clerk duties including filing documents at the Courts and Tribunals, stamping filing and registering documents at various government departments and filing of documents at ASIC.

To be successful in this role you will be bright, enthusiastic and have a polished and professional presentation, and 1-2 years of previous office experience is desirable and advantageous but not specifically required.

Previous office experience is essential however we will provide training to the successful applicant.
