Are you an amazing Admin & Customer Service Super Star who can juggle phone calls and make task lists disappear while smiling at the same time?

We are recruiting for an extremely talented Administration & Customer Service guru to join our busy team.
Your day will include:
➤ providing outstanding customer service (on phone, email, live chat) to our students/parents & tutors
➤ finding ways to help our customers get what they need and make a positive difference to their day
➤ helping with onboarding new students and enrolments
➤ updating and amend timetables and session plans
➤ processing payments and invoices
➤ organising and managing our tutors & locations

You have:
➤ a love for communicating with people and enjoy finding win-win solutions

➤ a solid background in customer service and admin
