We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant on a full-time basis to join our growing travel business based in Subiaco.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To create customer information cards and manage customer files independently;
2. Responsible for customizing high-end Australian travel routines, and quickly respond to client inquiries and orders;
3. Assist with the department sales plan to achieve annual sales targets;
4. Assist with travel related procedures and provide complete assistance services from pre-departure to the end of the tour;
5. Visit customers and suppliers according to the department's annual sales plan, introduce and promote tour products;
6. Establish a good cooperative relationship with customers and promote corporate brand image;
7. Responsible for online presence - Website, WeChat, Weibo’s interface design, content and image processing;
8. Other administration duties, including the entry of financial data, the management of travel contracts and financial documents, and the classification and archive of tourism documents and photos.

Skills and Experience:
1. Fluent Chinese and English communication skills, able to explore customer needs;
2. Integrity, genuine interest in tourism and the ability to work under pressure;
3. Logical thinking, diligent working attitude, strong organizational skills, and good analytical and data searching skills;
4. Flexibility in handling all kinds of customer issues with a high level of professional and ethical conduct ;
5. An established professional network in the travel industry with travel platforms, banks, large customers and other resources is preferred;
6. Experience in sales, specific to international travel is preferred;
7. The ability to manage and influence marketing designs and materials is also preferred.
