About the role

As Executive Officer you would be responsible for:

  • Provision of strategic and operational support to the CEO.
  • Undertaking Company Secretary responsibilities
  • Leading or contributing to various projects and initiatives as determined by the CEO and the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Supporting the contribution to IPAA Victoria and IPAA National policy development and implementation.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience working in the public sector.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a CEO, an Executive Director or equivalent senior executive.
  • Experience with governance processes.
  • Demonstrated high level relationship management skills.
  • High level of competence across the Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
