About the role
Your role will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
This role is a one year maternity leave cover working Monday-Wednesday.
In this role you will be providing administrative support to a warehouse and office staff.
Day to day some of your main duties will include:
- Entering Timesheets
- Doing the purchasing
- Filling, scanning and ad hoc administration tasks
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers
- Creating and updating reports related to timesheets
- OH&S related tasks when required
- Maintaining the office supplies

Skills and experienced required:
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Able to priorotise and manage large workloads
- minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
