Personal Assistant required full-time for 4 weeks, $34.00 per hour.
Your new company
This global professional services firm has an exceptional reputation and fantastic team culture. There currently exists an opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to support two partners for four weeks, covering annual leave.
Your new role
This role will see you support and anticipate the requirements of the Partners, ensuring efficient and effective client service. This will include duties not limited to:
- Managing complex diaries
- Coordinating meetings
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Coordinating travel
- Tending to any urgent matters on their behalf
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous Personal Assistant experience and demonstrate the ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex organisational structures. You will be confident providing support to multiple Partners and pride yourself on strong time management with the ability to prioritise tasks. Intermediate MS Office skills are essential with strong attention to detail.
