The Company
An opportunity exists for a Junior Legal Secretary to join a global legal firm in their busy commercial insurance practice based in Sydney CBD.

A fantastic opportunity to kick start your legal secretarial career with a progressive firm.

Key Responsibilities
Focused on assisting the team with a variety of administration tasks including the following:

• Court filing (both electronically and in person at the District and the Supreme Court)
• Assisting with preparing client reports
• Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
• Administration duties such as printing, photocopying and hard copy filing of legal documents and other ad-hoc tasks

About You
To successfully obtain this role you must have the following:

• A recent Secretarial College or TAFE certificate
• 6-12 months' administrative experience
• Professionally presented, well organised, strong attention to detail, have excellent communication and strong customer service.
