We're looking for someone to join us ASAP!

 The job? Once a sale of a phone system, data connection or ICT application is made to a local business, you will manage the order from sale to install to follow up and everything in between - this role is part of an integral workflow to provide a seamless and timely end-to-end customer experience with their Telstra Whole of Business Solutions. You will manage multiple stakeholders, support the boarder business teams and provide a world class service to your customers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the coaching and training of other team members
  • Overseeing Senior tasks such as opening, closing, holding meetings or supervising from time to time as required
  • Ensure encouragement and motivation is provided to staff
  • Act as the Manager in their absence
  • Support staff with customer service, customer complaints and resolutions advice

Full training will be provided for this role, however candidates with experience in the telecommunications industry will be highly regarded.  Applications will be assessed against the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience with Telstra Business products and services highly regarded
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders
  • Inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • End-to-end order fulfilment
