Our client are leaders in their industry and are looking an experienced SAP Data Entry person to join their team in a customer service role.
In your new position you will be part of a fast paced environment working within the manufacturing industry. You will need to be level headed and able to hit the ground running with experience in data entry with specific use of SAP.
You will:
- Manage forecasts
- Provide feedback to customers regarding their orders
- Entry daily data - Customer orders and forecasting
- Liaising with planners and the various sites regarding roles, customer queries
- Provide feedback to customers regarding their orders
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive customer service experience required
- SAP experience essential
- Must have a car and licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
