An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and well organised person, who is committed to excellence, to join our team as a full time employee in the role of Customer Liaison/Scheduling Officer.
Your main duties will be:
- Dealing with Customer Bookings
- Scheduling & allocating works for our 36 Tradespeople
- Ensuring in-progress and pending jobs are in-hand
- Updating clients/reporting on the status of work orders
- Ensuring company and client processes are followed
- Handling telephone and email queries from clients and Tradespeople
- Other admin duties as required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Ability to build strong customer rapport/relationship's
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Experience in the property/building maintenance industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail
- Ability to also work autonomously and to meet strict deadlines
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Excellent telephone manner
- High computer literacy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office & Scheduling Software
- Ability to work well in group situations with other team members
