We are looking for a motivated, personable, highly organised “multi-tasker” to join our friendly customer experience team. Meeting and exceeding both our human and non-human patients’ expectations is the major objective of this role.
The successful applicant will be part of a team of three customer experience managers at our Ooralea hospital. Your daily tasks will include co-ordinating with veterinary, nursing and administration members to ensure smooth running of our hospital. You will have to be able to multi-task at a pace consistent with the hospital’s varied schedule while maintaining a friendly and empathetic disposition.
For this position you will need to be well presented, have exceptional organisational skills, be self-motivated, confident and energetic.
This position will average approximately 17 hours every week and will involve working between 6 and 7 hours on weekdays and Saturdays 8am till 11am. Hours are flexible and coordinated with the other customer experience staff.
