Your responsibilities will include:

Liaise with the managers and clients to help facilitate the end to end process of each contract and potential deal. 

Conduct analysis to identify any non compliant contracts; 

Assist with creation and filing of confidentiality agreements, proposals, vendor registrations, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, partnerships and contractor agreements, reports and any other files as required;

Consistently monitor the progress with sales leads, progress of deals, repeat opportunities, reminding Managers of follow up actions and keeping a tally of the pipeline value and % probability of deals


:: Updating and maintaining the CRM database with a range of client portfolio records and files accordingly. You will track all communication with clients, progress of deals and estimates of potential revenue

:: Performing credit checks using the GAMBIT system and ensure database is maintained

:: Conduct analysis to identify any non compliant contracts;

:: Produce a monthly update on the revenue forecast inline with the tracking of deals, maintained in the CRM database

:: Assist with creation and filing of confidentiality agreements, proposals, vendor registrations, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, partnerships and contractor agreements, reports and any other files as required

:: Work closely with the Marketing and Financial Manager and help assist with any ad hoc administration tasks required

:: Sound knowledge of product to ensure queries from dealers and customers are dealt with professionally.

:: Solve immediately any misdata that may arise in existing contracts or contract to be settled;


:: Ensure that all payments have been made accordingly and within our core values (on the same day of the settlement of the contract)

:: Managing the paperwork of the contracts, meaning being responsible for all the digital and physical workflow.

:: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with dealers and clients, providing full support and high levels of customer service.

Work autonomously whilst supporting the business. 

 

Skills and experience

:: The successful applicant will play an essential role in supporting the company's Managers and ensuring smooth operation of administration functions, therefore extensive experience in a similar position is required.

:: As this role requires liaising with both internal and external stake holders, you will poses outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal and be personable and professional in your demeanor and presentation. The successful candidate will take ownership for the delivery of their work and therefore will be meticulous in their attention to detail and follow up processes.

:: This position will ideally suit someone who has a flexible approach to their work and is looking to provide a long term commitment to a challenging and interesting role whilst in return, receiving complete flexibility and a healthy work life balance.

:: Extensive experience in identifying risk associated with a set of terms and conditions is required as part of the credit rating check. The candidate must also have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, as to meet critical deadlines.

:: It's also fundamental to be able to work unsupervised, meaning that the position will demand high levels of concentration.

:: Candidates are expected to understand and have experience in applying industry practices, principles, concepts, techniques and standards.
