Have you got a great personality, have direct sales or telemarking experience but are also seriously organised with a talent for admin and on top of your game?

We are seriously achievement focussed, already possess the number 1 team state wide, and now need the admin team to match the front end.
If you are not incredibly organised, if you do not like working hard or don't like working in a fast paced environment please don't bother applying, you will only be wasting your time and our time.
What is the role?
- Administration
- Phone screening applicants (training provided)
- verification of appointments
- delegation of appointments/ sales support
- middleman between sales and leads
- reporting
- objection handling
What we are looking for in applicants:
- Seriously organised (whilst being cool)
- Great previous results in sales (Especially direct sales or telemarking would be a HUGE bonus)
- professional phone manner
- Strong ability to follow direction
- A personal inner drive to want to be the best, and work with the best
- A talented people person, with the ability to win people over to you
- IT savvy, with a penchant for excel & word
- Easy going, fun and a sense of humour will be richly rewarded (the boss is hilarious too. lol)
- A high capacity to get things done!

- Multi tasker – not fazed by juggling or spinning several plates
