About the role
This role would suit a hardworking person who is hands on and who has administration experience and high organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Manage reception for the phones and doors
- Manage staff amenities including stocking kitchen and stationery supplies
- Receiving, ensure all shipments are marked off and directed accordingly
- Labelling incoming stock and entering into the system and managing put away
- Organisation, setup and clean-up of staff events
- Travel arrangements for all staff
- Arranging bookings through carriers and paperwork for various outbound shipments
- Taking minutes and being part of the WHS committee
- Managing facility including arranging of servicing of equipment
- Booking tradeshow venues and managing stand and furniture requirements
- Managing printing, business cards and brochures
- Arranging staff training and managing various registers for the facility
- Travel cost calculation for technician customer service visits
- Purchasing and issuing of uniforms and PPE
- Provide administrative support for field service engineers and Sales Director
Skills and experience
- Key areas of accountability administration support for the team, facility management, tradeshow coordination
- Ability to work accurately and timely under pressure
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
- Can-do positive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
- >3 years work experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Word, Adobe and Excel
- Posses some basic marketing skills with artistic experience (preferred)
- Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manor
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
