Sales Administrator Co-ordinator wanted
Our client who is a leading provider of milk and dairy products is now seeking an experienced sales administrator co-ordinator to join their established team. Located in South Brisbane this role is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience skills.
This position will be ongoing, working Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.
About you
This is an ideal opportunity for a performance driven person with enthusiasm and initiative to get involved with our client’s business and help support the sales and customer service sides of the business.
You will be responsible for all day to day office management and administration duties including:
• Processing of Customer Forms and associated paperwork
• Coordinate Domestic travel bookings for Reps, Account Teams and FSM’s
• Expense management and processing for field and office
• Price list creation
• BW Sales reporting and general reports as requested
• Head office rebate set up and processing
In order to be successful for this position:

• Able to prioritise
• Proactive
• High level of accuracy
• Good communicator
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft packages, mainly excel
• Data analysis and understanding
