Nauru Airlines is the national carrier of the Republic of Nauru, operating passenger and freight services to and from the Central Pacific. Operating a fleet of 737-300 aircraft, Nauru Airlines's hub is in Nauru with the operational head office in the Brisbane CBD. Nauru Airlines operates under the Australian Civil Aviation Legislation.
The airline is embarking on significant change programs with exciting commercial and operation opportunities. We are seeking an experienced executive assistant to join us on this journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides high level executive and administrative support to the CEO and Senior Executive team.
- Provides professional and effective communication and liaises with both internal staff and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Coordinates requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and provides a professional first point of contact for enquiries.
- Manages complex and changing diaries, including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings and organising associated and supporting documentation.
- Manages travel arrangements for senior executive team.
- Coordinates effective meetings by organising and collating meeting agendas, providing confidential minute taking and distribution and organising follow up actions. This includes room bookings and equipment set up such as teleconferencing, data projector and refreshments.
- Maintains systems for recording and storing information.
- Prepares correspondence and prepare briefing packs, reports and papers.
- General office coordination (stationery, mobile phones, equipment etc.)

Essential Skills and Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with MS Project would be an advantage.
- Previous experience supporting senior management in an administration position
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to make decisions and take initiative
- Australian Residency
- High level or verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
