THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
High level of experience in administration including knowledge of sales order processing including quoting and invoicing, raising purchase orders and receipting of goods ordered on a PO. Have a sound understanding of the sales process.
To be the point of contact for customer processing
Order Loading
Control all customer correspondence
Maintain all records including letters of instruction
Liaise with Customs regularly
Oversee Warehouse operations
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite in particular Excel and Word
Experience working with larger scale accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
Have customer service experience – dealing with customers both over the phone and in person
Lots of initiative, can do attitude, self-motivated, energetic
We would prefer someone with years of admin experience but may consider a less experienced candidate if they have the right attitude and are high achievers. The role requires someone with passion for what they do and a willingness to help others is very important. They have to have a sunny type of personality and be a team player.
