Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the end to end process of incoming orders
2. Assist to maintain adequate stock levels
3. Assist the Customer Service Manager where required
4. Provide a high level of service to all clients internal & External
5. General administration support as required
Day to Day Duties
• Gathering of picking data, checking and confirming against diaries
• Processing picking sheets once items have been picked
• Moving TM jobs from Picking to dispatch
• Allocation of TM routes
• Creation and allocation of QRH’s
• Returning Stock
• Organisation and filing of paperwork, pending issues etc.
• Booking in stock, allocation to backorders
• Labelling and categorisation of stock
• Snapshot stock takes & processing stock amendments
• Overseeing QC checks on special orders
• Processing Couriers/Reg Post
• Booking Vehicle servicing/fleet administration (rego, licence checks etc)
• EOD Dispatch checks
• Processing Inter depot transfers
• Processing repair paperwork
• General admin tasks – expenses/holiday forms/vehicle checks/ordering packing materials, Stationary and cleaning materials etc.
• Key communication between Sales/CS & Warehouse.
Requirements
• Proven warehouse Administration experience
• Ability to work and help organise a team
• English literacy
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Good working knowledge of stock control & computer systems
